1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR ___

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide (additional charges may apply, if any)

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


5. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order through the courier’s official website.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept order

The parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or a product is missing:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share clear photos of the parcel and product.

  • Keep the original packaging for verification.

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
